Bathrooms

This home comes with 1.5 bathrooms.  The main bathroom is upstairs close to all three bedrooms.  This bathroom was redone in 2012 and retains the character of a 1939 home with updated amenities.  During the remodel, the room was repainted, the tile and bathtub were professionally refinished, a new vanity and toilet were installed, new floor tile was installed, and plumbing was updated underneath the sink.  The shower enclave still reflects the craftsmanship and character of an older home, but the bright fresh look means you are not embarrassed to host dinner parties anymore!

The downstairs bathroom is a half-bath and sits on the entry-level floor between the basement and first floor.  Immediately after you walk in from the side door off the driveway, you are standing where this picture was taken.  It was painted in 2012.
