Rooms

This 1312-square-foot home comes with 11 rooms in all.

The first floor has four rooms.  Once you enter through the front door, you find yourself in the living room with this view:

This room boasts the original plaster walls with gorgeous curves where the walls hit the ceiling.  Just before these curves the room has crown molding.  The living room, dining room, stairs, and upstairs hallway all have this carpet shown.  It is in good condition and is estimated to be between 7-10 years old.  The front picture window is to the left, and the dining room is seen in the back right of the above picture.

As you walk towards the dining room, you turn around and see this view:

The door to the right leads to a front entryway with closet.  This door is an interior door, and the front door is also protected by a screen door.  So coming into the home you walk through the screen door and front wooden door, take off your shoes and coats and gloves, then open up the wooden interior door shown in the back right.  The opening to the left leads directly to the kitchen, and obviously the stairs lead you up to the bedrooms.

This room is considered by some to be the Master Bedroom due to two closets in the room (his and hers).  However, due to the addition of a walk-in closet in the rear bedroom, I chose to use that room instead.  This bedroom faces the street (window on left) and neighbor to the north (window on right).  The room measures 12'x11'.

This 3rd bedroom also faces the street (window to the right) and the neighbor to the south (window to the left).  It also has a closet but has carpet instead of the original hardwood (assumed to be underneath).  This was used as a nursery by the previous owner, but I have changed it to an extra bedroom.  This room measures 12'x8'.

Looking out the entry door:

The master bedroom is in the rear of the home with the walk-in closet.

This 10'x7' walk-in closet is adjoined to the back of the house (see brick on left of picture).  The shelves seen are also on the opposite side of the room, too, for PLENTY of storage.  An additional possibility is to use this as an infant room with the little one sleeping right off the master bedroom.

The walk-in closet sits on top of this gorgeous extra room on the first floor.  This sits right off of the dining room and is in the rear of the house.  It can be used for an office, a playroom, or what I use it for:  a reading room!
