No house is perfect, and these are the issues of interest to the best of my knowledge. I will try to be as detailed as possible.
The garage leaks due to shifting and uneven concrete. During a moderate rain or even during snow melt, water will trickle in from the front right door on the right side and run all the way along the entire length of the wall to the back right corner where it will puddle until swept out (or evaporated). I also know of a slight leak from the garage roof where water drips. This is really minor (just a handful of drips), but it appears a previous owner tried to tack up a board to stop this.
The basement is partially finished. At the base of the walls installed by a previous owner, you can see the results of some moisture. I have never observed water or moisture in this area of the house in my 2 1/2 years of ownership. I just want you to know.
In the unfinished portion of the basement, I have seen very minor seepage of moisture during a heavy rain. It's contained in one small corner and has not amounted to more than a damp area on the concrete. This unfinished portion of the basement did have plenty of efflourescene on the brick walls, though, and they have been scraped and painted over. As efflourescence occurs naturally, this is to be expected again in the future.
The driveway has one crack that I know of. Other than that, it is in excellent shape!
One of the original interior windows in the kitchen has a crack along the top.
I highly recommend a home inspection (I have one on hand that was performed in 2011 if interested during a walk-through). Having lived in the home for 2 1/2 years, these are the issues that I know of, but please perform your own due diligence before buying.
